Harvested by the Gurung honey hunters of central Nepal from wild cliff-bee hives at altitudes above 2500m. Never heated above 40 degrees C – all natural enzymes and antioxidants remain intact. Dark amber colour with complex wildflower floral flavour and a slight bitter-earthy finish from alpine rhododendron pollen. 250g glass jar with sealed lid.
