Sourced from a certified organic tea garden in Ilam district of eastern Nepal at 1800m altitude. The high altitude and cool mountain air produce leaves with exceptional flavour – fresh and grassy with sweet floral notes and no bitterness. 100g loose-leaf hand-picked and sun-dried. Steeping guide: 2g per 200ml at 75-80 degrees C for 2-3 minutes. Medium caffeine.
